Tim Marlow - Principal Director
MSc, FCArb, FCIOB, MAE, MEWI
Tim has been appointed as an Expert Witness and compiled Expert Reports on Delay. He has also compiled reports on the analysis of claims for extension(s) of time using a variety of appropriate techniques.
He has extensive experience in the preparation of construction programmes using critical path analysis techniques, resource scheduling, and programme monitoring of major construction projects, including airports, office buildings, hospitals, schools, infrastructure, residential developments, hotel and leisure.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building, a Member of The Academy of Experts, a Member of the Expert Witness Institute and passed with merit the MSc in Construction Law & Dispute Resolution at Kings College London.
Matt Lindsay - Associate
BSc (Hons), MCIOB
Matt has experience that covers Delay Analysis, Planning Management, Project Management and Site Engineering.
He has experience in the analysis of delays, the preparation of construction programmes using critical path analysis techniques, resource scheduling, and programme monitoring of major building projects throughout the UK and internationally.
Matt has recently compiled a peer review of the planning and logistics for a major multi-phased development in Oman and assisted in the production of expert delay reports. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building, has a BSc Construction Management Degree and is studying for an MSc Construction Law & Dispute Resolution.

Richard Latham - Associate

Richard has experience in Project Management, Site Management and Planning Management.
He has recently been carrying out a project monitoring role on Crossrail using bespoke dashboard software. Richard has previously established a successful subcontracting business within the industry enabling him to appreciate the importance of accurate scheduling and logistics planning together with gaining a sound understanding of the commercial and contractual aspects of projects.
He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building and has a BSc Construction Management. He is also a Technical Member of IOSH working towards Chartered Member status of the Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (by completing his NEBOSH National Diploma in Health and Safety).
Paresh Pindolia - Senior Consultant

Paresh has an extensive understanding of the commercial, legal and technical aspects of construction and engineering projects gained through hands-on experience of project planning, management, cost control, site engineering as well claims preparation and dispute resolution. Over the past 20 years, he has worked for clients, contractors and consultants, both in the UK and overseas on a range of projects include commercial buildings, infrastructure works as well as pharmaceutical, process plant, power generation and oil & gas.
